What type of guarantee do you provide?
At Country Road Automotive, if we replace it, we provide a 2-year or 24,000-mile (whichever comes first) parts guarantee. Most other shop guarantees are for 1 year or 12,000 miles.
Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
We do not give estimates over the phone. Instead, we inspect and diagnose the problem. Without looking at the car ourselves, it is unprofessional and not in our customer’s best interest to guess at what may be wrong. We give complete and accurate information when we give an estimate. We stand behind our work and our reputation is your protection.
We do not work on commission, eliminating the need to sell you something you do not need. Your repair will be done correctly the first time and never rushed.
What kind of training do your technicians go through?
Mechanics Education Association (MEA) has many classes monthly on all the latest and greatest equipment and technology. We attend classes regularly.
